Futurity sidepot is open to all horses ages 4 or 5 that have never competed prior to 12/1/11. Derby sidepot is open to horses 7 & under unless competed on as a 4-year-old, then the cut-off age is 6. Futurity & Derby entries must have a copy of registration papers on file prior to running unless nominated through the WPRA Futurity/Derby program. E-mail papers to christy@luckydograces.com.

By completing and submitting this form, you will be submitting your official entry information to Lucky Dog Productions. Any changes to this official documentation must be requested by an official draw out, rider change, or horse change form prior to the first horse running in each race and will be subject to the rules pertaining to each change.
