Do not mail entries after April 6, 2012. Pre-entry draw will be posted on April 18, 2012.
Late entries accepted until the FIRST horse runs each day with No Late Fees & No Processing Fees

Thursday:
Office Hours: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
12:00 pm - 4:30 pm Open Arena
5:00 pm Futurity & Derby books close - all payments must be made in full at this time
5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Open arena with barrels for Futurity & Derby entries ONLY.
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Futurity & Derby horse check in & hip numbering
Friday:
Office Opens at 8:00 am
8:00 am - 12:30 pm Exhibitions ($5) 60 second time limit
12:00 pm Church Service will be held during the end of exhibitions
1:00 pm Futurity first go round
30 min. after final Futurity run but not before 3:30 pm: Open race ($40) - 75% payback
Youth (18 & under), Adult (19-44), Senior (45 & up) side pots ($20) - 80% payback
WPRA Approved Futurity & Derby side pots ($50) - 80% payback
Saturday:
Office Opens at 8:00 am
8:00 am - 10:30 am Exhibitions ($5) 60 second time limit
10:00 am Church Service will be held during the end of exhibitions
11:00 am Futurity second go round (reverse # order)
Derby will immediately follow the Futurity Results & Awards
30 min. after final Derby run but not before 1:30 pm: Open Jackpot ($50) - 75% payback
LARGE DOG MATCH RACES AFTER RUN #100 in the Open

Exhibitions:
No exhibitions will be sold prior to the event. Friday exhibitions (200) will be sold beginning at 6:00 pm on Thursday & Saturday exhibitions (100) will be sold beginning at 5:00 pm on Friday. First come, first serve. No call ins - you must be present or have someone present to sign you up. 60 second time limit. Exhibitions will end at the designated end times. No refunds.
After Exhibitions:
25 after exhibitions will be sold for Friday & Saturday. Limit 2 per rider. 60 second time limit.
To be eligible for the Average you must compete on Saturday & Sunday. Friday's race is not included in the Average. Average is based on the horse.
Buckles will be awarded to the Average winner in each division of the Open race, the Overall High Money winner, & the High Money winner of each side pot group for the weekend.

FACILITY AMENITIES:
Stalls are $20 per night
RV Hookups are $25 per night
Shavings available on site.
Current (12 months) Negative Coggins Papers are required on each horse entering the facility.
