General Information:
Pre-entries may request groups of 50 in the draw
Requests MUST be included at time of entry to be considered
Requests are granted in the order they are received
No entries accepted after online entries close until entry office opens at 6:00 pm on Thursday, April 11
Call-ins are accepted during event office hours only with credit card payment
Cash or Credit Cards only accepted onsite, NO CHECKS
Pre-entry draw will be posted on April 10
Current 12 month Negative Coggins papers required on all horses
$1,000 Added Open Average is based on Saturday & Sunday runs
$500 Runnin’ With the Pack 5D Average is based on Saturday & Sunday Pack side-pots

Friday: Office Hours ~ 9:00 AM-8:00 PM (Office closes at end of race if it ends before 8:00 PM)

Facility Amenities:
Stalls: $70 Rate for Friday & Saturday nights, $30 for Thursday night
Hookups: $80 weekend rate – limited, reserve early
Shavings: Pre-bedding $9.00 per bag
*Pre-paid stalls will be unlocked with your name on them upon arrival.
*Stalls will be unlocked daily around 8:00 am on the morning of the first night they are paid for. If you will be arriving late at night, you will still need to pay for that night’s stall rental.
* NO OVERNIGHT TIE-OUTS OR PORTABLE PENS ARE ALLOWED

Exhibitions:
No exhibitions will be sold prior to the event. No call-ins for exhibitions. Must be in line onsite to sign up. Each person may sign up for themselves and one other person. Exhibitions go on sale at 4:00 PM on Thursday at the annoucner stand. Exhibitions are $5 each with a second time limit or $10 fine payable before the office closes on the day fine was incurred.
