General Information:
Pre-entries may request groups of 50 in the draw
Requests MUST be included at time of entry to be considered
Requests are granted in the order they are received
No entries accepted after online entries close until entry office opens at 6:00 pm on November 30
Call-ins are accepted during event office hours only with credit card payment
Cash or Credit Cards only accepted onsite, NO CHECKS
Pre-entry draw will be posted on November 29
Current 12 month Negative Coggins papers required on all horses
Health Certificates required for all out of state horses
$2,000 Added Open Average is based on Saturday & Sunday runs
All hat fines from this event will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

Stalls: $25 per night
Overflow Stalls: $20 per night – located offsite 3 miles from facility
Hookups: $65 weekend rate
Shavings: $7.50 per bag
*Pre-paid stalls will be unlocked with your name on them upon arrival.
*Stalls will be unlocked daily between 7:00-8:00 am on the morning of the first night they are paid for. If you will be arriving late at night, you will still need to pay for that night’s stall rental.
Exhibitions:
No exhibitions will be sold prior to the event. No call-ins for exhibitions. Must be in line onsite to sign up. Each person may sign up for themselves and one other person. Friday exhibitions go on sale at 6:00 pm on Thursday.
