General Information:
Open Pre-entries may request groups of 50 in the draw
Requests MUST be included at time of entry to be considered
Requests are granted in the order they are received
No entries accepted after online entries close until entry office opens at 6:00 pm on March 5
Call-ins are accepted during event office hours only with credit card payment
Cash or Credit Cards only accepted onsite, NO CHECKS

Current 12 month Negative Coggins papers required on all horses
$2,000 Added Open Average is based on Saturday & Sunday runs
All hat fines from this event will be donated to The Shirley Treat Memorial Scholarship Fund

Facility Amenities:
Stalls: $30 per night Stall Charts
Hookups: $30 per night – available for purchase upon arrival onsite only directly through the facility
Shavings: Pre-bedding $7.50 per bag with pre-entries only / Onsite $7.00 upon arrival payable to the facility
*Pre-paid stalls will be unlocked with your name on them upon arrival.
*Stalls will be unlocked daily between 7:00-8:00 am on the morning of the first night they are paid for. If you will be arriving late at night, you will still need to pay for that night’s stall rental as stall counts are done each morning and stalls not paid for a particular night will remain locked. If you are in your stall for morning counts, you must pay for the previous nights rental.
*Stalls purchased for Saturday night only may not be available until NOON on Saturday, you may not be able to add an additional night to your Saturday only rental later.
*Stalls purchased through Friday night only must be vacated by NOON on Saturday, you may not be able to add an additional night to your rental later.
-Overnight tie-outs are allowed.

Exhibitions:
No exhibitions will be sold prior to the event. No call-ins for exhibitions. Must be in line onsite to sign up. Each person may sign up for themselves and one other person. Take a number dispenser will be available for Exhibition Sales Line 30 minutes prior to exhibitions going on sale. Thursday exhibitions go on sale at 4:00 pm Thursday. Friday Training Sessions will be availble for pre-purchase online beginning on Monday, March 1 at 5:00 PM.
