General Information:
Pre-entries may request groups of 50 in the draw
Requests MUST be included at time of entry to be considered
Requests are granted in the order they are received
No entries accepted after online entries close until entry office opens at 6:00 pm on Thursday, October 10
Call-ins are accepted during event office hours only with credit card payment
Cash or Credit Cards only accepted onsite, NO CHECKS
Pre-entry draw will be posted on October 10
Current 12 month Negative Coggins papers required on all horses
$1,000 Added Open Average is based on Saturday & Sunday runs
$250 Runnin’ With the Pack 5D Average is based on Saturday & Sunday Pack side-pots

All hat fines from this event will be donated to the Shirley Treat Memorial Scholarship Fund

Facility Amenities:
Stalls: $30 per night
Hookups: $30 per night payable to the facility upon arrival – no reservations
Shavings: Pre-bedding $7.50 per bag with pre-entries only / Onsite $7.00 upon arrival payable to the facility
*Pre-paid stalls will be unlocked with your name on them upon arrival.
*Stalls will be unlocked daily around 8:00 am on the morning of the first night they are paid for. If you will be arriving late at night, you will still need to pay for that night’s stall rental.
*OVERNIGHT TIE-OUTS OR PORTABLE PENS ARE ALLOWED

Exhibitions:
No exhibitions will be sold prior to the event. No call-ins for exhibitions. Must be in line onsite to sign up. Each person may sign up for themselves and one other person. Friday exhibitions go on sale at 6:00 pm on Thursday, Saturday Open Arena tickets may be purchased anytime.
